1. How often should my pipettes be serviced?
To keep them accurate and in top working order, pipettes should be serviced and calibrated at least once a year.
2. What is included in your pipette calibration services?
Seals and o-rings are included. Clean, sanitize and reset to manufacturer's specifications Calibration certificates available by request.
3. Why should I use on-site services instead of mail in service?
Instruments are serviced and calibrated in the environment in which they are used, eliminating the risk of cross contamination or loss/damages due to shipping. In addition, you incur zero travel fees or shipping costs.
4. Why should I use mail-in services instead of on-site service?
For your safety and convenience, we are now offering mail in calibration service. This is ideal for labs with restricted vendor access and eliminates the need to have a technician come inside.
5. Will there be any down time with my equipment?
No, service is performed on your schedule, resulting in no down time.

7. What is ISO 17025?
ISO 17025 is a competence standard for calibration and testing laboratories issued by the International Organization for Standardization. ISO 17025 requirements cover testing and calibration performed using standard methods, nonstandard methods, and custom developed methods. The standard applies to all laboratories regardless of scope coverage.
8. Do you service other laboratory equipment?
Yes, we offer pipette, balance, centrifuge and microscope services. Just one call for everything.
9. I don't see my location listed as a service area. Can I still request on-site services?
